  • How much will shipping cost?

    Shipping cost is indicated on the checkout page. Additional charges will apply if your delivery location is without lift access and for redelivery upon delivery failure in the first round.   • Can I choose my delivery time slot?

    We will try to accommodate to your delivery schedule whenever possible. Our delivery team will contact you before going over.

  • What if my delivery address requires special permission to access?

    Should your delivery location require special permission to access, please inform the management of the location beforehand to make the necessary arrangement. Do note that there will be a re-delivery fee chargeable in the event where we are unable to deliver due to lack of access permission.

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • My delivery location does not have lift access. Can you deliver to my doorstep?

    Yes we are able to deliver to your doorstep, however additional charges will apply should your delivery location have no lift access.

    For Delivery to no Lift access floor, an additional fee of $10 per item per floor is chargeable.

Warranty

  • What does your warranty covers?

    Our warranty policy can be summarized as follows:

    • Depending on the model, we do provide up to 12-years warranty on all functionality portions of the product. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of the product are not covered.
    • Submit a warranty claim via our email support@officehub.com.sg with image/video attachments of relevant affected area.
    • OfficeHUB reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.
  • I received my order, can I exchange it for a different model?

    We do not offer exchanges for our products at the moment.

  • What do I do if I face an issue with my purchase?

    In the unlikely event that you encounter any damaged, defective or missing parts, please drop us an email at support@officehub.com.sg with photos of the affected area and your order number. Our customer support specialists will do their best to assist you.
